Welcome to Brewers Farm & Pantry. These terms explain how our produce delivery service works and the agreement between you and us. By signing up, placing an order, or receiving a delivery, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
The service
Brewers Farm & Pantry is a subscription produce and grocery delivery service in Southeast Wisconsin, including Milwaukee and Madison. You choose a box size and a delivery schedule, and we deliver fresh food to your door. Your subscription continues until you pause or cancel it.
Your order and customizing it
Each week we send you the menu by email and text. You can customize your box, swap items you would rather not receive, add groceries from our shop, change your delivery week, or skip. All changes for a delivery must be made by 12:00 noon the Monday before your delivery day.
Billing and payment
We accept credit or debit cards only. We bill your card on the Monday before your delivery. If your card is declined on billing day, you have until 12:00 noon that day to update your payment information, or we will cancel that week's order. After two consecutive failed payments we may cancel the account, because merchant fees add up.
Delivery
Delivery is free. We deliver to Milwaukee and Southeast Wisconsin on Wednesdays and to Madison on Thursdays. You do not need to be home. We will text you when your box has been delivered. In warm weather, please leave a cooler out so we can transfer perishable items into it.
Freshness and substitutions
We source from local Wisconsin farms whenever we can, and from trusted growers beyond the Midwest when items are out of season here. Produce availability changes with the season, so from time to time we may substitute a comparable item of equal or greater value.
Pausing, skipping, and cancelling
You can pause your deliveries, skip a week, or cancel any time from the website, with no fees. You are responsible for making changes by the Monday noon deadline. If you miss the deadline, that week's order will still be delivered and billed. This is a recurring subscription, so deliveries continue until you tell us to stop.
Boxes, coolers, and ice packs
We reuse and recycle our packaging. Please leave your empty Brewers Farm & Pantry boxes, coolers, and ice packs out on your next delivery day so we can collect them. We cannot reuse bags, egg cartons, or ice packs we did not originally provide.
Gift cards and gift boxes
Gift cards can be used toward any box or anything in our shop. Gift boxes are delivered to the recipient you choose. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.
Pricing
Prices are shown on our site and may change over time. Any price change takes effect on your next order after the change.
Satisfaction
We want you to love your food. If something is not right, email us at [email protected] and we will make it right, usually with a credit to your account.
Limitation of liability
We provide our service with care, but to the fullest extent allowed by law, Brewers Farm & Pantry is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the current version here with the updated date. Your continued use of the service means you accept the updated terms.
